About Us

1Day Global Commodities is an institutional trade facilitation, procurement and transaction management company operating across the precious metals and natural resources sector. Built within the wider 1Day ecosystem and supported through Kemara Global LLC and market-leading partner companies, we connect mining groups, refineries, logistics providers, financial institutions and vetted institutional buyers.

Direct-to-Principal Transaction Coordination

We coordinate large-scale commodity transactions to institutional standards, focusing on compliance, due diligence, refinery coordination, logistics, operational alignment and transparent execution.

Our activities include precious metals procurement, supply chain coordination and institutional resource allocation across gold and mineral assets. Opportunities are direct-to-principal with no non-performing or unauthorised parties involved, ensuring efficient and credible transaction flow.

Transaction Methods & Institutional Custody

Bullion is held within recognised custody or storage facilities and transferred through controlled legal, compliance and banking channels. Each transaction is structured to support clear ownership, secure settlement and a verifiable chain of custody.

Where applicable, settlement may include:

  • Safe Keeping Receipt transfer: Documentation-led transfer of custody or beneficial interest.

  • Ledger-to-ledger settlement: Ownership transfer recorded between approved custody or banking ledgers.

  • Bank-coordinated settlement: Payment, verification and settlement supported by recognised financial institutions.

Institutional Gold Allocations & Transaction Parameters

We facilitate access to institutional gold bullion, doré gold and large-volume vaulted allocations, with transaction sizes starting from a minimum of 100kg for qualified institutional buyers and family offices, scaling through to 1MT–100MT allocations or larger subject to buyer qualification, seller allotment, custody structure, banking channel and formal allocation.
